Installation requirements:
Read the product manual and relevant technical data carefully before installation.
The valve installation unit shall have corresponding qualification and install according to relevant gas pipeline construction specifications, explosion-proof electrical specifications and manufacturer's requirements.
The gas code requires that a manual shut-off valve should be set before the emergency shut-off valve.
It shall be installed according to the position requirements in the drawing and the air flow direction indicated on the valve body.
The solenoid valve shall be installed after the pipeline is purged to prevent the impurities in the pipeline from damaging the sealing materials in the valve and affecting the air tightness.
Before the valve is energized, it shall be checked carefully, and wrong wiring is strictly prohibited. Apply the wrong voltage to avoid damaging the solenoid valve.
The valve shall be opened first when the pipeline leakage pressure test is carried out.
When the valve is installed outdoors, it shall be equipped with rainproof and snowproof protective covers, and warning signs shall be set to inform the user: the maintenance and management of the protective covers shall be done well, and the protective covers of the valve shall be used for dust prevention and water proofing, without damage and loss, so as to avoid affecting the reliability of the product.
When opening the valve, the handle shall be lifted for a short period with appropriate force. After the pressure at the inlet and outlet of the valve is balanced, the handle can be lifted to the opening position smoothly. The lifting speed should not be too fast at the beginning to avoid difficulty in opening or damage to the handle.
Before opening the valve to restore gas supply, it must be checked by professional safety personnel, and it can only be opened manually after confirming that there is no potential safety hazard.
It is normal for the valve to close automatically in case of strong harmful vibration. If the valve cannot be normally kept open, the maintenance shall be informed.
Control line connection:
First, according to the actual wiring length and the requirement that the total voltage drop of the control line is not less than 20% of the rated voltage, correctly calculate and select the cable diameter. The polarity of the control line is red positive and black negative. The control line with the valve shall be led into the explosion-proof junction box through the explosion-proof winding hose and reliably crimped on the terminal. The external control cable shall be laid in steel pipe, which shall be led into the explosion-proof junction box and reliably crimped on the corresponding terminal according to the correct polarity. The junction box and steel pipe shall be connected to earth.
