Usage method:

The mobile air source of the respirator is composed of 4 gas cylinders and 2 independent gas cylinder groups. The two groups of gas cylinders and the pressure reducer are controlled by a one-way valve. The high-pressure air source will not generate backflow between the two groups of gas cylinders. Cylinders can be opened and used one by one, group by group, or all cylinders can be opened and used at the same time, which can be freely determined according to specific needs. Each group of gas cylinders has a pressure relief valve, which can discharge the high-pressure gas in the high-pressure pipe to facilitate the replacement of the gas cylinder, but it will not discharge the low-pressure gas at the output end of the pressure reducer and the gas in another group of gas cylinders.

The mobile air source and escape gas cylinder are combined through the waist valve, and the gas of the mobile air source is directly used under normal conditions. In case of emergency and need to evacuate from the site quickly, open the escape cylinder valve and evacuate to the safety zone.

The mobile air source is equipped with one 30m air supply pipe and two 10m air supply pipes, with a maximum superposition length of 50m. The 30 meter pipe is equipped with a Y-type tee, which can be used by two people to use the compressed air of mobile air source at the same time.

Take out the special waist and back belt, adjust the waist belt and back belt appropriately according to the body shape of the wearer, so that the position of the waist valve and the escape bottle is on both sides of the waist of the human body (pay attention to the direction of the waist valve, and the quick socket should face upwards), so that the wearer is comfortable and does not hinder the arm movement. First, insert the quick socket on the mobile air supply pipe from the bottom up to the quick plug of the waist valve, then insert the plug of the mask air supply valve into the quick socket of the waist valve, or directly connect the connector of the mobile air supply and the mask to the waist valve before wearing the waist strap. Open the gas cylinder valve of the mobile air source, put on the breathing mask, and enter the work site after breathing freely.

If two people use the respirator at the same time, they shall enter together after they are fully worn, and pay attention to keep the distance and direction, so as to prevent accidents caused by mutual pulling of air supply pipe by mobile long tube respirator.

Note:

The user of long pipe respirator shall be fully trained before wearing. Before use, check whether the pressure of each air source meets the requirements of working pressure, and wear it strictly for routine inspection. If there is any fault or hidden danger in the respirator, mobile air source and escape air source, they shall not be put into use. In the use process, if you feel that the air supply is insufficient, breathing is not smooth, or other discomfort occurs, you should immediately withdraw from the site, or open the escape air source for evacuation.

During the use, the long pipe on the moving air source of the long pipe respirator shall be properly protected to prevent the long pipe from contacting with sharp sharp sharp tools, angles and corrosive media or friction with rough objects when dragging, so as to prevent the air supply pipe from being punctured, scratched or scratched. In case of contact with corrosive medium, clean water shall be used for cleaning and drying immediately. If the long air supply pipe is damaged or damaged, it shall be replaced immediately.

If the air source vehicle of long tube respirator can not follow the user in close distance, the supervisor shall be arranged to monitor the air source, so as to check the air source, and notify the user when the air source is about to be exhausted and an alarm or an accident occurs.
